In 2016, a total of 22 forest pedagogics events for 929 children
The Association regularly takes part in the preparation and realization of the courses in forest pedagogy held at the Secondary Forestry School in Hranice. It organizes the hobby club of forest pedagogy, prepares worksheets for forest educators and participates at fairs promoting forest education.
Association of Forest Educators in the Czech Republic is a non-profit organization.
Main tasks: Putting together foresters and citizens devoted to environmental education of children, young people and adult persons, ecology and nature conservation, Enhancement of professional and pedagogical standard of these activities, Public awareness work, namely with young people by means of education through experience, Promotion of forest policy in the sense of National Forestry Programme.
